The arts festival is timed to the 500th anniversary of the Belarusian book printing, 135-
anniversary of the national poets of Belarus - Yanka Kupala and Yakub Kolas and 950th anniversary of the city of Minsk.

Трэці фестываль мастацтваў беларусаў свету праводзіцца з 7 па 11 верасня 2017 года ў г.Мінску і іншых рэгіёнах Рэспублікі Беларусь. Арганiзатарамi Фестывалю з’яўляюцца Мiнiстэрства культуры Рэспублiкi Беларусь, Мiнiстэрства iнфармацыi Рэспублiкi Беларусь, Упаўнаважаны па справах рэлiгiй i нацыянальнасцей, абласныя выканаўчыя камiтэты, Мiнскi гарадскi выканаўчы камiтэт, Рэспубліканскі цэнтр нацыянальных культур.
Фестываль прымеркаваны да 500-годдзя беларускага кнігадрукавання, 135-годдзя народных паэтаў Беларусі Янкі Купалы і Якуба Коласа, 950-годдзя з дня заснавання г.Мінска.
